TERMS AND CONDITION |

1) |
All vehicles must be in the yard three days before the loading date. |
| |
2) |
All extra parts, accessories and belongings in the vehicle should be invoiced (i.e. included in the Invoice) |

3) |
The Export Certificate (masho) and other documents for export should be submitted one (1) week before loading date. |
| |
4) |
By the order of Nagoya Shipping we are compelled to remove excess fuel, extra tires and any other materials in the vehicle. |
| |
5) |
You are advised to forward us the empty vehicle for loading. |
| |
6) |
If you do not take prompt action in this regard we have to remove said articles either store or use at our discretion. |
| |
7) |
Only 30 days will be given as free of Parking Charge to park vehicles in the yard
before the loading date. |

8) |
Each days except column 7 will be added as a Parking Charge.

Guidance For Loading |
 |
| |
1) |
Make to know the import law or rules and regulation in the country where you export is essential. |
| |
2)

Any type of vehicle cannot be export without do so.
Such as: Year of Manufacture, Model, Engine Capacity, Relevant Certificate etc |

3) |
As we know that there are more rules and regulations followed by the importers of used vehicles in theirs native country. |
| |
4) |
Acknowledge and understanding of the laws and regulations will lead towards a successful export business. |

Terms of Payment |

| |
1) |
From the date of Invoice payment should be done in full. |
| |
2) |
The invoice will be submitted to you soon after completion of loading. |
| |
3) |
You are kindly requested to settle the payment within fourteen (14) days after the date of Invoice. |
| |
4) |
Please make attention not to negotiate for credit or part payments. |
